    An owner of P4L Fitness, LLC. His passion for fitness and sports training grew in high school as a three sport athlete. After high school Josh attended Point Loma University and studied athletic training.

    Beyond the fitness industry, Josh believes he has a higher calling. His goal is to positively impact lives through his company and through the fitness and sports training industry. He wants to help people adapt healthy lifestyle changes to incorporate balance and stress management.

    Josh holds several certifications, and continues to gain education through quarterly workshops and seminars to keep himself and P4L Fitness/ TORQUE Sports Performance on the cutting edge of training. Josh is Nike SPARQ Certified, a TRX Trainer, American Council of Exercise certified, International Sports Sciences certified, and National Academy of Sports Medicine certified.

    Josh's goal is to bring out the BEST in each individual he works with, as well as create a unique and exciting atmosphere at the P4L Fitness training facility!

    David began his love for sports at a young age and excelled in football in high school, Junior College and at the university level. Shortly after college David continued his passion for fitness and became both a fitness instructor and racquetball instructor leading eventually to managing a successful fitness and racquet club. He then ventured into the real estate industry and formed several building and land development industry companies in Portland Oregon, Ventura and Murrieta CA. He currently remains the owner and CEO of several building and development companies. His background brings together the essential ingredients of both fitness and business expertise to P4L Fitness. David is currently also a certified instructor.

    A native of Southern California, she began her career in banking. She has been a bookkeeper for several independent businesses, has a passion for working with people and holds a degree in Education.

    Wendy combines her managerial and client service skills to benefit the members and staff of P4L Fitness.

    She loves being a part of the P4L fitness team and is excited to get to know you!



    Francisco Martinez

    One of the first things Francisco would say to you when he meets you is that he believes in you because he knows that everyone has value and something of value to offer. Francisco has been wired with so much passion, motivation, and encouragement that will bring your body, mind, & soul in sync. Francisco approaches each day with a mentality to impact the lives of those around him, especially through health & fitness. Francisco knows that with a great mindset and will anything is possible: "The brain is a miracle; the brain is the channel, the source to all great things."

    Francisco studied human physiology and cellular and molecular biology at California State University San Marcos. Francisco continues to strive for a higher education as he pursues a MD and a PhD in Public Health/Global Health with an emphasis on non-communicable diseases (cancer, diabetes, heart-related diseases, etc) and their negative impacts on holistic communities. Francisco holds several honorable awards and internships at Weill Cornell Medical College, Rockefeller Institute, Sloan-Kettering Memorial, and the Hospital for Special Surgery, where he has learned and collaborated with the very best in the world.

    Francisco holds several certifications: Certified Fitness Trainers, Strength and Conditioning, and Nutrition from the International Sports Sciences Association, SPARQ Certified, and Vertimax certified.



    Diane Recker

    Director of Wellness & Nutrition Coaching

    Diane prides herself in helping people reach their goals and beyond. She is instrumental in improving people's health significantly, conquering their fears, teaching them how to choose healthier foods by making slow changes in their eating habits and stands beside them when they reach their goals. She loves designing workouts that are fun, not just a workout. You can feel her energy and passion that drives people to improve their lives forever.

    Diane Recker is certified by the International Sports Sciences Association, hold certification in CPR, AED, Egoscue Method, Patch Fitness and holds a degree in Social Behavioral Science. Besides these credentials, Diane has personal experience loosing weight after gaining over 75 pounds with each of her kids.



    Tiffany Huisman

    Tiffany has a passion for leading a healthy lifestyle through physical fitness, nutrition and sport. Tiffany competed in the 2008 Olympics for the USA Field Hockey Team, was named the 2002 NCAA Field Hockey Player of the Year, won the 2000 NCAA Division I National Championships and worked as an Assistant Coach at a NCAA Division I College (2003-2007). Tiffany knows what it takes to excel to the next level and is passionate about helping others achieve their own goals and dreams whether it's an individual working toward weight loss, overall fitness improvements or sports performance goals.

    Tiffany has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Health and Phyiscal Education from Old Dominion University, ACE certified and American Red Cross first aid, CPR and AED certified.

    LeAnne's passion is to help people feel better about themselves threw fitness. In the past, LeAnne battled depression and found herself 100 pounds over weight and remained there for the first 30 years of her life. Threw weight training and cardio, and just showing up to workouts, she lost the weight and elevated her mood levels. Now she wakes up happy and excited about life! LeAnne is a certified trainer who has a genuine love for what she does, and believes she can help others accomplish their goals too!

    My name is Chris Davis, I have been a trainer for 6 years. I am I.S.S.A. certifed and have taken several college classes such as; nutrition, exercise and fitness and sports therapy. Being a athlete my whole life is really what made me interested in being a trainer. I also just have a love and passion for helping people live healthier lives and creating better athletes. At a young age I learned that any person can acheive any goal if they put their heart and mind into it, and that is what I try to instill in my athletes and clients.

    I went to Temescal Canyon High School. I was a 3 year varsity starter for football and track. Which i recieved several awards for both sports. I played running back, defensive back and in track i ran the 100 yd.,200yd,and relay teams. I currently play minor league football for the Valley Predators. In my 2010 rookie season i was ranked in the top 4 running backs in the league.

    Certified Personal Trainer by the National Academy of Sports Medicine, with advanced certificates in corrective exercise, performance enhancement, sports specific training & special populations, including pre-natal, youth and seniors. I have been (Valerie has been) dedicated to serving clients in the Temecula area for nearly 10 years. I love running and have completed several full & half marathons. My greatest running achievement has been being part of a team that recently took first place at the Ragnar 195 mile relay in Las Vegas. I also enjoy downhill skiing and professional football.

    I have been personal training for the past 3 years, during which I have had the pleasure of working with individuals from all ages, walks of life and levels of physical fitness. I have gained a PT certification through NASM as well as Corrective Exercise Specialist through NASM. I have a passion for helping others achieve their goals and personal greatness. It is important to have a motivational support system to hold you accountable to the goals you set for yourself and I strive to be that for each and every one of my clients. There is so much to be taught to our young athletes of today that will improve their performance and overall well being, and through my personal experiences at all levels of competition I plan on giving back the tools for greatness that were given to me.

    Originally I am from Seattle, Washington where I grew up being a highly competitive athlete from Gymnastics to Track and Field. Through hard work, sweat and blood I was able to obtain a full Athletic scholarship to The University of Washington for Track and Field; specializing in the pole vault. During my time there I was an 8 time NCAA D1 competitor, Jr. World USATF team member for the Jr. World championships in Grosetto, Italy, as well as place third at the PAC-10 Conference Championships my final year.

    My name is Aaron Preston, and I have been involved in sports for the majority of my life. I played high school football, coached multiple sports for 6 years, and I am truly blessed to be training athletes and fitness clients with P4L Fitness. I also have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Kinesiology from California Baptist University. Through these experiences I’ve learned a lot of things, but mostly that my abilities are not for myself but to help sharpen and edify others.

    There is a saying that 'My fight is within me- it is a struggle to be the best I can be at whatever I do.' My calling is to get individuals, athletes, teams and anyone else to engage in that fight and embrace the competition of being great. I honestly enjoy seeing good become great, followers become leaders and most of all to see people use their individual gifts and abilities to be all they are meant to be. I look forward to helping you accomplish your health/fitness/performance goals!

    I graduated from Cal State San Marcos with my Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology. My focus was applied exercise science. I was a part of the CSUSM Women’s Soccer team for four years and was captain my last year (2009). I won “Most Inspirational” voted on by the team, three years in a row. I attended Vista Murrieta High School where I was a part of the soccer and volleyball team as well as the first graduating class of the high school. I am currently a substitute teacher for the MVUSD school district as well as an Assistant Varsity coach for Vista Murrieta High School Women’s Soccer program. I am also certified with American Red Cross first aid, CPR, and AED.

    My passion for fitness and health has also empowered me to take on long distance running and I am currently training for my first full marathon. I believe I bring this passion to my clients in hopes that they take on a new found love or passion for something of their own on their fitness journey! I am passionate about helping others to reach their health and fitness goals through training and motivation. My goal is to help each and every person along the way with their fitness goals with the right attitude, encouragement and the right workouts to get you where you want to be!
